Reconstruction of Thomson Community Club
This project involves transforming the existing 4-storey structure into a modern 3-storey facility, designed to enhance community engagement and provide improved amenities for residents.
The Thomson Community Club has been a cornerstone of the community, offering various programs and services to residents. Closed for refurbishment in April 2019, the project faced delays due to unforeseen challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to a halt in construction. In mid-2024, Qing Feng Construction was awarded the contract to resume and complete the redevelopment, with the new facility expected to reopen in 2025.
We are committed to delivering a revitalized community hub that fosters social interaction and meets the evolving needs of Upper Thomson residents, with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and user-centric features.
