​Starting from the bottom, Mr Lu was once a construction worker, in the early years of Singapore. Being able to learn everything from ground up, he has since gathered a rich knowledge of construction process. Understanding the importance of building works to our society, he was determined to establish positive changes in this challenging field and provide quality building services to the community. In year 1997, Mr Lu realised his ambition by setting up Qing Feng Construction Pte Ltd. Even though Qing Feng started out with limited resources, it has developed tremendously over the years, with the current experienced management team and an extensive group of highly skilled workers. Under Mr Lu's vision and leadership, not only has he brought Qing Feng to greater heights, his profound expertise has guided many of the projects to an astonishing success. 

HISTORY
Qing Feng Construction Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1998, with a track record of over 20 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry.
Over the years, we have built up a sound reputation as a reliable design and building contractor, and have received tremendous growth with successful acquisition and completion of a significant number of construction projects such as warehouse, factory building and civil engineering.
Today, Qing Feng Construction Pte Ltd holds a BCA registered contractor grading of B1 for general building work, C3 for civil engineering, as well as Class 1 general building and specialist building (structural steelwork) under the Licensing of Builders.

Qing Feng Construction Pte Ltd offers services that include providing labour and technical expertise, along with material support in building Super-Structure, Sub-Structure and even Architecture works.

Qing Feng Construction Pte Ltd is managed by a group of experienced managers and is supported by a staff strength of more than 100 employees. We have successfully completed various projects which include residential, commercial, industrial and A&A works.
