1. M & E Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications
- Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
- Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Carry out inspections when required to ensure proper quality checks and safety regulations are complied
- Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in building construction industry preferably with school/government projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Organized, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills

2. Architectural Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with design consultants and sub-contractors on technical issues
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of drawings in accordance with the Project Master Program
- Assist the Project Manager in proper project planning and coordination of works
- Review technical specifications of the project and identify discrepancies in shop drawings across different disciplines
- Manage any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
- Background in Building or Quantity Surveying
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Preferably in consultant QS firms or developer organizations
3. Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
Remuneration commensurate with experience.

- Prepare quotation, cost estimates and bill of quantities;
- Sourcing for required material and suppliers;
- Procurement of material and negotiation with suppliers / sub-contractors;
- Contract administration;
- Other QS duties as and when assigned by superiors
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in construction industry
- Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying from a recognized Institution.
- Knowledge in Building Contracts and good eye for details
- Process strong planning, interpersonal, communication, organization and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently in fast paced working environment.
- Knowledge in Computer software such as MS words/ MS Excel
