Mr. Lu, our founder and director, began his career in 1991 as a construction worker. Driven by a passion for quality and excellence, he established Qing Feng Construction to make a lasting impact on Singapore’s construction landscape. With his hands-on approach and leadership, Mr. Lu has transformed Qing Feng into a well-respected company known for its reliability.
The leadership team also includes his children, Vincent Lu and Audrey Lu, who both graduated in Civil Engineering and joined the company to bring a fresh perspective and expertise to the business. Together with Mr. Lu, they form the core of Qing Feng’s management, ensuring strategic direction, operational efficiency, and continuous growth.
Supporting the leadership team is a strong management group, including our General Manager, Yew Choong See Toh, and Contracts Manager, Chung Chen Voon, whose experience and knowledge help drive the company’s success. With their collective technical insight and operational proficiency, the management team ensures that every project is delivered smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
